How It Works

We Bring Our Hibachi Grill + Chef to Your Backyard.

All you need to do is set up tables and chairs, and provide plates and utensils for your party. Each person gets a side salad, hibachi vegetables, fried rice and 2 proteins of their choice.

FAQ

Q: Do I need all my details before I book?
A: Absolutely not! We understand that determining the precise number of attendees and their specific orders can be a process that takes time.
To ensure your desired date is secured, we highly recommend booking your party in advance.
Once you’ve made the reservation, our booking specialist will assist you in ironing out all the necessary details. However, we also offer the flexibility to cancel your party, just let us know in advance.
A: Our Service has a base price of $50 per person with a $500 minimum spend. Suggested gratuity is 20% of total bill. Travel fees may apply and will vary based on your location. These fees will be determined after booking. Cash or Credit Card (with a 4% admin fee) are the accepted payment methods. If paying with credit card must be done 72 hours prior to the event! You can not pay at the end of the party with credit card- must be done 72 hours prior.
A: No we do not! We arrange the chef and provide grill, propane gas, food, sake and ENTERTAINMENT! Event/party organizer will provide table setups, utensils & additional decoration.
A: We cook outdoors for safety, but open garages and covered patios with airflow are welcome. You can set your party up inside, the chef will cook outside!
A: The chef will arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.
A: All of our bookings are currently done through our website – www.hibachi2fun.com. If you are going to be 30+ guests, please book two reservations for the same date and time, so we can send two chefs. There are no extra fees for an additional chef.
A: 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduled parties or guest will be charged a fee of $100.00. If it rains, customer is required to provide some type of covering for the chef to cook under so they can stay dry. We can cook under tents, and patios. Customer is responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 48 hours of your party, We will also refund your reservation deposit.
